Directions

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 onion, grated

Potato Side

  • 4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Combine turkey, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Form patties.

  2. Fry patties in sunflower oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

  3. Mix mashed potatoes with butter and salt. Serve alongside kotleti.

  2. Add carrot, cabbage, and crumbled patties. Cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Pour in reserved borscht. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Sauté onion and garlic in sunflower oil until soft.

  2. Add turkey and cook until browned. Mix in peas, lemon juice, and vinegar.

  3. Stuff peppers with mixture. Place in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
