  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Cube reserved beef and skewer with onion pieces.

  2. Grill skewers until heated through.

  3. Mix chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Serve kebabs with chickpea salad, reserving half of salad for next day.
