Day 1: Punjabi Turkey Keema
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey

2 large onions chopped

2 large tomatoes chopped

3 garlic cloves minced

1 inch ginger minced

2 green chilies chopped

2 tbsp ghee

1 tbsp cumin seeds

1 tbsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp garam masala

salt to taste

To Serve
- 1 cup basmati rice cooked
Directions
- Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds until they splutter.

Add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies, and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, turmeric, salt, and pepper; cook until tomatoes are soft.

Add ground turkey, cook until browned.

Stir in garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.

Serve with cooked basmati rice. Reserve 1/3 for next day.

Day 2: Turkey Keema with Chickpeas

2 cans chickpeas drained

1 tbsp coriander powder

2 tbsp ghee
To Serve
- naan bread
Directions
- Heat ghee in a pan, add reserved turkey keema.

Add chickpeas and coriander powder, mix well.

Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve with naan bread. Reserve 1/3 for next day.

Day 3: Spiced Turkey and Pea Curry

1 tbsp garam masala

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1 tbsp oil
To Serve
- cooked basmati rice
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan, add reserved turkey and chickpea mix.

Add frozen peas and garam masala, cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in yogurt, simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve with cooked basmati rice. Reserve 1/3 for next day.

Directions
- Reheat reserved turkey curry in a pan.
