Directions

  1. Boil potatoes until just tender, then drain.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and toast until fragrant.

  3. Add onion and garlic, stir-fry until onion is translucent.

  4. Add potatoes and reserved pork, stir-fry until everything is heated through.

  5. Season with soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

  6. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot.
