Directions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, lemongrass, galangal, and lime leaves; sauté for 3 minutes.

Add ground pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Stir in prahok, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add bell pepper and onion. Sauté until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Directions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion; sauté for 5 minutes.

Add reserved pork mixture; cook for 3 minutes.

Stir in coconut milk, fish sauce, and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Directions
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.
