  2. Add beef broth and flour, stir to combine.

  4. Add peas and cook for 5 more minutes.

Day 5: Beef and Cabbage Rolls

Directions

  2. Boil cabbage leaves until soft, about 5 minutes.

  3. Mix leftover stew, rice, and minced onion.

  4. Fill cabbage leaves with mixture, roll tightly.

  5. Place rolls in a baking dish, brush with olive oil, bake for 20 minutes.
